WELCOME TO SERENA KINDERS!
We are located just south of Los Lunas, NM. We started our Kinder lines about five years ago. Like most people do, we started with two Nubian does and a Pygmy buck. A couple years later we added two Kinders from Bramble Patch Kinders in MO. Scroll down for pedigrees on some of our Kinders. You'll see that we've blended some of the best Kinder lines in the country to create our wonderful herd.
Our current herd consists of two Kinder bucks, our two original Nubian does, and several Kinder does.
Our Kinders are registered with the KGBA. Stud service is available. All does must meet our health requirements before being considered. Please contact us for more information.
Our Kinders are bred to be true dual purpose goats. We prefer to dam raise, but our kids are socialized quite a bit. Although we do not know their full production since our does nurse their kids, they do produce enough milk for their kids, us, and our lovely cheeses.
Our herd is tested yearly for CAE. We feel very fortunate to have a vet that owns his own dairy goat herd. Anyone who's involved with goats knows that is a real blessing.
In addition to our goats and cheese, we produce "GreenTwo" which is a wonderful herbal salve. You can use it on people or animals. It's great for dry udders, cuts, dry hands, almost anything. We even use it on our kids when they are disbudded. Please visit our website at: http://www.greentwo.com for more information.

Bramble Patch Kinder Triscuit
DOES
Bramble Patch Kinder Twisters Madame is pictured here with her 2009 offspring. Madame came to us all the way from MO. There are so many great things we could say about Madame we hardly know where to start. Madame is easy to milk, a great mother, and a real pleasure to have around. She throws great kids and easily delivered triplets (2 doelings and a buckling) in April! Her 2010 kids are pictured below.

Bramble Patch Kinder Triscuit also came from MO. We are so happy to have her. Her 2009 kids are below.

Pickles is a summer 2009 doeling out of Triscuit. Pickles is growing well and we look forward to breeding her next year.

Trude is a twin to Pickles above. She is a friendly little doe who enjoys humans as much as goats. Trude will be bred next year along with her sister.
Serena Kinders Fresca (pictured with Trude as a goatling) is one of our 2008 does (Silver X Piglet). She is a full sister to our buck Domino.

Serena Kinders PipPip. Pip is another one of our yearling does (Rufus X Trsicuit) and a full sister to Ray. Pip was bred but the delivery was a tough one. We are not sure we'll be breeding her again. While her brother is a very big buck, Pip has remained small.

This is Serena Kinders Browner. She is an '08 doe that is a FF this year. Like her sister Blacker, Browner has freshened with a great udder.

This big beauty is S-Bar-H Tsunami. Tsu is one of our purebred Nubians and helped us start our Kinder lines. Tsu is our herd queen and helps keep everyone in line here. She is the dam to "Serena Kinders Hooray " who is a wonderful buck. His first kids are on the ground now and they are fanstastic. Tsu did not take this year so we're considering a rebreeding later on.
Nu-Way Jake Piglet is our other Nubian. She is the dam to Serena Kinders Fresca and Serena Kinders Domino (pictured with her as newborns). Piglet is one of those "invisible" goats. She never causes a day of trouble and you'd never know she was there if you weren't enjoying her milk and offspring. You couldn't ask for a better girl in your herd.
BUCKS

Serena Kinders HooRay, or Ray as we call him, is one of our Kinder bucks. Ray's first kids are on the ground and we are really excited about them.

Serena Kinders Domino is our other Kinder buck. He is a full brother to Fresca (Silver X Piglet). While we aren't breeding specifically for color we just love his markings.
This handsome buck is "Corrales Lil Critters Silverado" who was our resident Pygmy buck until just recently. Silver has helped maintain the meatiness in our Kinders as well as nice overall structure. His excellent facial structure can be seem in some of his offspring and we are quite proud of his contributions to our lines. Silver has now moved on to work in a well-known pygmy herd. He is enjoying his new life and all the girls!
CHECK BACK! WE'LL BE ADDING MORE PICTURES OF OUR KINDER GOATS SOON!
